Allan has been living in the Hampton Roads area since 1976. He and his family lived in Virginia Beach for 36 years and just recently moved to Chesapeake in 2012. His family immigrated to the United States from Hong Kong when he was 17 years old. He attended Norfolk Catholic High School on Granby Street, Norfolk and went on to Old Dominion University.

Allan started his business early in life and has been a successful entrepreneur over the years. "I love my clients and they appreciate my expertise in business and friendship. They have come to trust me over the years. I mean we are talking about two and some three generations! Now I sound old......" - Allan chuckles.

In his leisure, he likes to spend time with his two children; Nicole and Sidney. "My children is my priority although they are grown and both are in college, they do have their activities and friends but they are still living at home. Go figured! Hahaha", said Allan. "I will spend time with them when they are available and I can see the time is limited in the fact that they are growing up. Well, may be it's time for me to find a new love and move forward to my next phase in life", said Allan smilingly.
